The gift baskets shown are only some of the possible designs.  We make baskets to order and would be glad to consult with you about custom gift designs.  We will ship these gift baskets anywhere in the mainland U.S.  In some cases there may be changes in the type of basket and the arrangement of the gifts inside depending on whether the basket will be shipped or is intended for local delivery or pick-up.  Our promise to our customers is that we will strive to find the best possible balance between appearance and stability during shipping.  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately and we will work together to solve the problem. Please note, chocolate cannot be shipped by regular freight during the warmer months (May through September).  We will substitute other foods for chocolate unless you wish to use the more expensive overnight shipping option and ice packs in hot weather.  If a particular item is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value in order to ship your gift basket without delay.  We realize that most of the gift baskets purchased are presented for special occasions and are time sensitive.
