CZECH GLASS NECKLACE

This Czechoslovakian glass pendant  shows a half moon and two stars.  It is strung on tiger-tail wire cable with "liquid silver" (tiny tubular beads of sterling silver) and Swarovski crystal. It is also available in a clear glass with iridescent moon and stars, strung with "liquid gold" gold-filled beads and crystal. This is a particular favorite of my younger customers. It's bargain-priced, so you won't want to pass this one up!

VENETIAN BEAD NECKLACE

Imagine her delight when you give her this beautiful necklace!  The gorgeous hand-blown Venetian glass bead needs no enhancement.  It is strung on a simple 18 inch long sterling silver snake chain and accompanied by two "stardust" gold-filled beads. A sterling silver lobster clasp completes the piece.

When I first saw this type of bead, I was entranced, but afraid to use them because they looked so fragile. Once I found out that they are made of a special glass, something like Pyrex, and are a lot stronger than they look, I was happy to add them to my designs. Of course, they are still glass and should be treated as such, but normal wear and storage or transport don't seem to be any problem.

This handcrafted necklace features a glass pendant shaped like a leaf.  It is enhanced by glass "miracle beads" in white and very pale green,  and sterling silver beads on a sterling silver chain.

This handcrafted jewelry has a fresh, light look which makes us think of Springtime,but it will look great with the right outfit no matter what the season!
