SHIPPING INFORMATION

We currently ship to the continental United States only. Due to the fragile nature of most of our products, we have found Priority mail through the U.S.Postal Service to be the most practical way to ship. The exceptions to this rule are the jewelry polishing cloth and small orders of jewelry, which may be sent First Class mail instead of Priority. Once shipped by Priority mail, your order should reach you in three days or sooner. We also insure our shipments, so please notify us right away should there be any damage.

A handling fee of $2.00 per order is added by the shopping cart to help defray the cost of cartons, bubble wrap, styrofoam "peanuts",and other shipping supplies. We want to keep the prices for our products as low as possible, so we do have to make sure that our shipping costs are covered! If you have any questions or need to make special shipping arrangements, please contact us.

If you choose to order off-line, we will weigh your shipment and calculate the shipping and insurance cost. We will be happy to let you know the total cost prior to shipping if you give us an e-mail address or telephone number at which we can reach you.

Since our current shopping cart is not able to calculate other shipping options, please be sure to call us during store hours (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM Eastern Time, and Friday 10 AM to 8 PM Eastern time) so that we may assist you. If you wish to use your own company account at Fedex or UPS, we will only charge the handling fee to cover our shipping materials.
